The builders offer a range of services which include but are not limited to turnkey priced home packages.  A turnkey priced package includes septic, well, foundation, excavation and a completed, ready to move into home.  The builders offer a variety of styles and floor plans to choose from.

     As a Realtor, I can help you find land on which to build your dream house.  If you already own a parcel of land on which you want to build, I can help you find a builder to suit your needs.   I can also help you with the sale of your current home.
